It’s been a little while since I last posted but I wanted to share some updates.
A couple weeks ago, I finished my first round of edits on the second Good Goblin book! The next step will be diving into the developmental editing process, where I’ll get the book in front of select readers for feedback on things like the story structure, plot flow, descriptions of characters, scenes, etc., and most of all, whether it’s actually good or not!
After that, there’s another round of editing and then it goes to my wonderful editor in New York and the hope is to have it ready to publish by the end of April! There’s a lot to do until then (including my lovely wife painting/drawing a new book cover!) but I definitely think it’s all doable!
I also wanted to share that I’m now going to be signing all of the books that I sell at Foundry Cafe and Market in Lebanon, IL. It’s an amazing place to go and get lunch, coffee, or just hang out, I highly recommend them!
That’s it for now. I’ll have some more news regarding the first book in about a week, so I’ll be writing again then!
